Well for one, we would get to wear cute dresses all the time, and who could hate that? Welcome back on this beautiful Tuesday where I am currently writing from this open field you see a bit of below. Of course its not a photoshoot for me unless Plato and I can run around in the grass, which we were lucky enough to do without getting rained on this time.

So for accurate location reference, I am at the Princeton Battlefield State Park, and after some research (and to be more precise), this is called a “colonnade”. It used to be a part of a mansion in Philly and pays tribute to lost soldiers who fought at Princeton. If you want to read more about any of this click HERE– its pretty interesting!

I went for a French American Sailor look here…and yes thats a thing because I made it one! I found this beautiful navy and white striped dress (sailor) at TJ Maxx that looked perfect when belted with this thin red belt (French) I had bought when The Limited was still a store. I wore some blue Naturalizer flats, and popped on my straw Old Navy fedora and my neon yellow French Connection purse (American aspect, despite the brand) and low and behold was my creation.

Let me know if you love this look as much as I do!
